自分がゴス・オペラっぽい・荘厳なのが好きだからか、今のところ、彼らのアルバムはこれが一番好きです。特に前半5曲が気に入っています。ドイツ語の歌を聴き慣れた耳にも、彼の歌うドイツ語は重く聞こえます。

彼らの音楽性をよく煮詰めた作品。個人的には1stのサウンドのほうが好きだが、アルバムとしては（今のところ）Mutterが最高の作品だろう。ただ、これに味をしめたのか、似たようなアルバムがその後2枚も出るとは。1st,2nd,3rdと変化してきただけに残念
