先行リリースされていた「夏のせい」「鋼の羽根」「うたかた歌」「TWILIGHT」ほか新曲を含む全14曲を収録。「猫じゃらし」をフルオーケストラヴァージョンにリアレンジした「犬じゃらし」や、映画『天気の子』の主題歌「グランドエスケープ」もRADWIMPSオリジナルヴァージョンとして収録される。また今作には「うたかた歌」で共演した菅田将暉のほか、Awich、iriがフィーチャリングアーティストとして参加。

DVDには、新曲「TWILIGHT」のMusic Videoと、2020年11月にメジャーデビュー15周年を記念して横浜アリーナにて開催された特別公演「15th Anniversary Special Concert」の模様を新たに編集し収録。
