1991年に行われた全盛期のライブ盤。大ヒットを記録した3rdアルバム「Flesh and Blood」に伴うツアーを収めたもので、”Something to Believe In”などのシングル・ヒットが次々に生まれていた中でのライブだけに盛り上がりも最高。このツアーを最後にギターのCCデビルは脱退。 元々は2枚組み23曲収録のアルバムだったが、リマスターのために曲数は減らされ、順番も入れ替えてしまっている。
