初期のマンザネラの作品は独特の雰囲気を持っています。プログレなのでしょうが、できそこないのポップロックのようでもある。演奏はしっかりしています。 プログレファンがマンザネラの作品に飛びつくのは、プログレ総会のようなサポートメンバーの豊富さと思う。 ロキシー、クリムゾン、マシーンに加えて、モンクマン、Sフィリップス、ゴドレー＆クレームなどなど。 なんとなく雰囲気を持っているだけでよいのです。 Kスコープはダイアモンドヘッド、リッスン・ナウよりも地味な感じがしますが、ウェットンが歌うNumbersが不思議な魅力で好きです。
