1989〜90年にかけて行われたツアーのバンド・メンバーをそのまま継続して制作されたポール・マッカートニーの1993年度作。ダビングを最小限に留めてスタジオでのライヴ録音の中からベストテイクを選ぶという初期ビートルズ時代にも似た手法がとられている。M3”明日への誓い”もまずまずのヒットで、ポップなポールをアピールした。
