もう、何十年も私のお気に入りであり続けているアルバムのひとつです。 完璧なアルバムと思います。 懐かしさもあるけれど、どの曲をとってもいつまでも色あせない、甘く切なく、そしてクール！ 2008年に亡くなっていたなんて。。。知りませんでした。ショックです。

確かに甘く美しいメロディとルックスのギャップは激しいかもしれない。昔、ＦＭで流れてた「I GO CRAZY」の余りの切なさと美しさに感動していた私は、あの髭面男が歌ってると聞いて驚愕したものでした。ルックスはともかく彼の音楽は、甘いＡＯＲかもしれないけど、そこがまた妙にのめりこんでいく危うい魅力でもあるんだな。
