Prior to preforming on Beale Street at the Famous New Daisy Theater in Memphis Tennessee, a hand-off performance was given for Patti's fans. This is what a fan wrote: 'Dear Patti Have you had the satisfaction of waking to the realization that you carried off 500 unsuspecting hearts, minds and bodies with your incredible performance, tremendous voice and oh so white hot moves!! You and your boys brought us to our knees last night....absolutely superb performance, I only wish I could have let loose on the dance floor but for the hundreds of mesmerized fans packed in like sardines the best we could do was bump and grind in unison with our neighbors! What a blast!!'
