Paco is the creative alchemy between Dominique Durand (Ivy) and Andy Chase and programmer Michael Hapton. Paco is essentially Durand's side project an opportunity for her to stretch creatively beyond the parameters of Ivy, much as her bandmates have done with Fountains of Wayne and Brookville. Paco's debut album THIS IS WHERE WE LIVE, is a beautiful shimmering electronic vision, reminiscent of Ivy, but considerably more free form, thoughtful and at times darker.
