前作の『SUNAHAMA』で見せた幻想的な面を残しつつも、アメリカンオルタナティブの乾いた音像の気配と、実験的かつ軽快なサウンドが共存する３rdフルアルバム。自宅を改造したスタジオでの緻密な制作により、音の幅と自由度が格段に増し、PALESSの進化を感じる1枚となっている。

2009年結成。大槻遼平（Key/Vo/Laptop） 、かほり（Vo）、春日谷勇己（Gt/Vo）の3人編成。“ドリームポップ / アートポップ”と形容されるような幻想性や実験性を含む音像に加え、ライブペインティングを取り入れるなど楽曲・表現面にヴィジュアル的／芸術的アプローチを持つと評価されている。
