米国時間の3月2日にNine Inch Nails の専用オフィシャル・サイトにて急遽発表され、ファンを驚かせた今作『Ghosts I -Iv』。
昨年秋にわずか10週間という短期間で制作された今作は、前作『Year Zero』と同じくTrent Reznor 自身とAtticus Ross、そしてAlan Moulderの3人がプロデュースを担当。 すべてインストゥルメンタルの楽曲で全36曲収録、計2時間の作品になっています。
前作『Year Zero』をリリース後に、次のリリースは特別な方法で作品をリリースするとコメントしていたTrent Reznorだけに、やはり革新的な形でのリリースとなりました！
何はともあれ、Nine Inch Nails の新作ということで、全音楽リスナーにとって注目の作品！！
