現在、NEW ALBUMのレコーディング中（！）...

現在、NEW ALBUMのレコーディング中（！）のニックから、またまた旧譜のアルバムの再リリース！もちろん今回もボーナストラックを追加でのリリースです。 個人的には割りと上位に位置する大好きなアルバムで、この頃のPVも一番好きですね。 オリジナル14曲に10曲のシングルカップリングなどのボーナストラックが追加との事ですが、多分当時EP盤でのみリリースされた『A Hard Days Nick』からの曲も収録される模様です。ビートルズのカヴァーとかも入るでしょう。 さて、こうなると、ニックのソロアルバムで再発売されていないのはワーナー時代の【I LOVE YOU AVENUE】のみ。これ、一番思い入れのあるアルバムなんで、是非Cherry Redから引き続きリリースして欲しい！　あ、2nd『Postcards from home』もお願い！

今更ですが、コメントを。。。 ニックのアルバムの中でも好きなアルバムに入ります。 先行シングルの『THE WORLD』はニック自身も気に入っている曲で、PVもカコイイです。 とにかくリリーススパンが長いので、その度に年齢的な部分もあってか見た目の変化も感じ取れますが（良い意味でね）、この頃のニックは、かっこよくて好きです。 前作【From Monday to Sunday】の評価が良かった事もあり、割と落ち着いた順調な中での曲作りとレコーディング、リリースだったので、いろんな試みも垣間見れるアルバムになっています。 【UK EPIC】からの最後のリリースとなったこのアルバム。あのCreationレーベルからのリリースとなった名盤【The Apple Bed】までは、また間が空くことになります。 あ！ちなみに、このHMVのサイトで掲載されている左上のジャケ写ですが、これは【UK盤プロモ】のジャケ写を間違えて掲載されているようなのでご注意！※2010年7月30日現在
