1972年の『ハーヴェスト』､1992年の『ハーヴェスト・ムーン』に続く3部作の最終章！2003年の『グリーンデイル』以来となるニール・ヤングのニュー･アルバムは、ロック史に燦然と光り輝く超名盤『ハーヴェスト』､『ハーヴェスト・ムーン』の続編であり、それら2作の続編にして3部作の完結編となるアルバムである。レコーディングはナッシュビルで行なわれ、エミルー・ハリス、スプーナー・オールドハム、リック・ローザス、そしてメンフィス・ホーンズのメンバー等、ニールの信頼するアーティスト達とのコラボレーションで制作された。こちらはDVDとの2枚組ヴァージョン。DVDには、CDと同じ曲順/同タイムで、それぞれの楽曲が、レコーディング時の映像と共に収録される予定。
