With . . . and into the flow The Near Myths continue to push the boundaries of folk, rock, indie pop, and Americana. This time we have horns! (No, not horns like devils, but big, brassy horns - sax, trombone, trumpet!) The songs comprise a retrospective suite: musicians and writers who came of age during the 1960s and 1970s look back on shared lives filled with music (and other stuff). For a time, 'Cooler Heads Prevail' was under consideration as the album title, until we discovered it's been used (more than once). Still, that should tell you just about all you need to know.
