Mercy Tree

I got a chance to record an album with basically everyone I've ever gigged with or wanted to gig with. It turned out better than anticipated! That is due to the incredible musicianship of the guys who played on this album, and the talented producers that worked on it as well. This album showcasese diverse songwriting and instrumentation. I find little joy in listening to an album in which every song sounds like the song that preceeded it. I try to keep the listener on their toes by using different musicians on alternating tunes, and writing on the edges of several different genres. No two songs are alike, but there is a commonality that runs through the album that is recognizable.
