Muse are finally releasing a CD/DVD package of their legendary live performances at Wembley Stadium on the 16th & 17th June 2007, both of which dates were sold out!

They were selected as the very first band to play the renewed Wembley Stadium which had reopened last March, and 80,000 tickets for the original date and another lot for an added date went soldout immediately. For those memorable dates the vocalist/ guitarist Matthew Bellamy developed a thorough stage plan, and the shows, as a result, turned out to be an absolute triumph for the band, who successfully ushered their audiences into the Muse world with amazing stage sets and brilliant live performance.

This CD/DVD package contains the best selections from both of the live dates: 13 tracks on the CD and 18 on the DVD!

museは、1stから聞いてましたが、失礼ながらライブにはあまり興味が無かったので、ＣＤを買ったらＤＶＤが付いてきたというくらいの認識でした。ところが観てみてびっくり！！これ程かっこいいとは思いませんでした。アルバムではあまり感じられなかったギターのソリッド感とベースとドラムのダイレクトな音に感動しました。今まで知らなかったのを後悔する思いです。

代表曲が集まってるので、MUSE入門として購入しました。ライブがすごすぎますね！完全に惚れましよｗ即ほかのアルバムも買いあさりました。でもこのライブが良すぎて、オリジナルが物足りない気がｗ１曲目のKnights of CydoniaでマシューさんがCome on London!って叫んだあとが大好き！

言うことなくバンドとして最高のパフォーマンス。彼らのPVとしての映像は正直そんなに面白いとは思わないけれど、ライブ映像は本当に神。毎日飽きずに見てます。 CDもこっちの音で聞いちゃうと普通のアルバムに収録されているほうが聞けなくなっちゃうくらいの出来栄え。絶妙なタイミングで絶妙な音とかMattの叫び声とか入ってて何度聞いてもくらくらしちゃう！死んでしまったキングオブポップの面影を追うのも悪くないけど、これ観て聞けば、MUSEと同じ時代を生きていることも幸せすぎだって思える。まだ生で観るチャンスはいくらでもあるもんねー。これからの彼らにも期待しつつも★×５で。
