clannadのvocalistでenyaの姉さん で有名なmaire brennanのfifth album、幻想的、神秘的なサウンドは変わらず素晴らしい。しかし maireをmoyaに変えたのは頂けない、maire brennanが好きな 人にはmargaret becker、joanne hogg(iona)共作によるchristmas album、new irish hymns又はclannad ＆ paul youngのcd single、both sides nowが推薦盤 であります。

Enyaの姉ということで話題になりますが、トラッドでは老舗バンドのClannadのファンには昔からおなじみの彼女。以前はMaire Brennanという名前でソロアルバムを出していました。(前作も好きです) Enyaに声が似ているといえば似てますが、聴き比べてみるとやはりずいぶん違います。(ちょっと低め？) 買うなら国内版がお勧め、一番気に入っているShow meが4バージョン入っています。
