Product Description

The music for On My Own is acoustic guitar oriented rock with jazz, blues, and country influences all mashed up together. Growing up in Texas I listened to a lot of country music and rock roll but my father liked jazz and classical music so I learned to appreciate those forms of music too. Keeping the lyrics simple is another one of my song traits. I like to keep the words to a minimum; bare-boned so to speak. Most of my favorite songs do not have a lot of words involved and I guess I naturally gravitated to the KISS method of lyrical styles.
