Mika's forthcoming album THE ORIGIN OF LOVE includes the single Celebrate is an epic slice of of cool modern pop that is already a hit in Europe. The song was written by Mika and produced by Nick Littlemore from Empire of the Sun and features Pharrell Williams on vocals. The song was recently performed at the Olympics in London. Following up his multi-million selling worldwide smash THE BOY WHO KNEW TOO MUCH, THE ORIGIN OF LOVE is Mika's third album. Completely self-created and self-imagined, this album has been a two-year DIY labor of love for Mika who has put together everything on the record himself, flying around the world under his own steam personally assembling an incredible roll call of collaborators - in addition to Nick Littlemore and Pharrell Williams, Mika has also worked with William Orbit, Benny Benassi, FrYars, Greg Wells (Katy Perry, Adele), Klas Ahlund as well as working with some brand new unsigned musicians he found himself online.
