  If you do not stick on south Asian foods, this recipe book gives us many unexpected ideal foods. Recipe is not very kind in detail cooking but it is OK as their restaurant secrets. What I made and ones in restaurants may be big different, ha ha ha.

  まさかの第二弾(笑)。レシピ量は倍増したが、前巻より尖ったレシピは減って、作りやすいレシピが多い印象。読んでると腹減ってくる点は一緒だけど。意外と使用するスパイスの種類が少なくて「これでスパイシーになるの？」って思うようなレシピも多いが、そこは様々なスパイスを調合しないとスパイスカレーにならないだろうっていうこちらの勝手な思い込みなのかも。先ずは気になるレシピのカレーをいくつか作ってみよう、副菜もね。★★★★☆
