Josef Bulva Plays Franz Liszt (2CD)

The pianist Josef Bulva, was born on January 9, 1943 in Brhn (Czech Republic) and was early as a child prodigy and virtuoso pianist. At age 12 he was first Mozart piano concertos and was 21 years old State soloist Czechoslovakia. In a serious accident his left hand was damaged beyond repair and it seemed as if his career ends. After 14 years of rehabilitation and iron discipline, he is now back on the concert stages. With the new 2 CD album Josef Bulva plays Franz Liszt, dedicated to Bulva quite the Austro-Hungarian virtuoso Franz Liszt (1811-1886). In addition to the Piano Concerto no. 1 with the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg under Daniel Nazareth and the famous B minor Sonata, the CD also the Grandes tudes de Paganini, Etudes d'excution includes Transcendental, the famous Polonaise No. 2 and the Mephisto Waltz u.v.m.
