リーリトナーの比較的新しいCDです。 ここには、息子さんもドラムで参加していて微笑ましいです。 今回の注目曲は、 14曲目です。 リチャード・ボナの美しい声と、ベースが印象的で、 リーリトナーは控えめですが良い曲です。 全体的にリーリトナーっぽくはないのですが、 こういったタイプの曲も”あり”です。 音質は相変わらず良いですね。 アフリカの風も感じられそうです

FOURPLAY脱退後の個人名義の2作はややJAZZよりで、少し地味な印象だったが、本作はパーカッションやボーカルを多用して派手でサウンドもかなりバラエティに富んでいる。久々にグルーシン節も復活してるし、どフュージョンな曲もうれしい。まさにリトナー復活といった感じだけども、POPな曲はRITやバンデッド時代の方がよいかな。
