無難にこなそうとした印象。「あの頃の彼は他に興味がいっていたようで･･･」（バレル談。うろ覚え）と言う感じが演奏から感じられます。この直後のコルトレーンの飛躍を考えると致し方ないとも思えますが、そこいらの凡百の作品に比べても”普通”ですね。ただ、いつもより饒舌なバレルのギターが聴けます。コルトレーンファンには、彼の作品なら何でもと言う方に（そんな方はとっくにコレクションしてますよね）。”OK”は低すぎるので”すばらしい”にします。
