ジャケットからすると駄作だが 正真正銘の傑作です 買うのなら日本盤ボーナストラック入りが必聴 （ボーナストラックで感動したのはこのアルバムが初めてかも）

前作でデジタル路線への舵を切ったカサビアンの6thアルバム。 かつては代名詞のように思われたダークな世界観を持つ楽曲は、このところ影を潜めており、かなりポップな仕上がりとなっている。 ライブでもオープニングを飾っていたIll Ray (The King)からアルバムきっての佳作You’re In Love With a Psychoに続く流れを聴けば、簡単に作品の色が分かると思う。 とはいえ、ロック色が完全に薄れたわけではなくComeback Kidのような尖った正にカサビアンと言える曲も健在。Bless This Acid Houseで陰と陽を重ね合わせて現在形のバンドを表現しているように感じられた。
