収録曲全ての作曲・サウンドプロデュースを手掛けるのはアニソン・ファンでその名を知らない者はいないであろう、神前暁氏。そして作詞にはmeg rock氏を迎えています（“恋愛サーキュレーション”コンビ！）。

また本作「happy endings」は2012年10月～ MBS/TBS他にて放送予定のTVアニメ「絶園のテンペスト」のエンディングテーマに抜擢！花澤香菜のシングルとしては初のアニメタイアップとなります。
