ピアノにロニー・プライスを迎えたイギリスの編曲、指揮者ジョニー・ダグラスの新盤。５０年代から６０年代にかけて、LIVING STRINGSシリーズで多くの名盤を世に送り出した名編曲者の健在ぶりを示す恰好のアルバムです。その演奏は、マントヴァーニやメラクリーノのような、良きイギリスのムード音楽の伝統が感じられます。ジャンルがロックになっていますが、もっと丁寧な仕分けをしてほしいですね｡
