クラプトンにして、マイナー・ブルースをや...

クラプトンにして、マイナー・ブルースをやらせたら右に出る者はいないと言わしめたピーター・グリーン。このアルバムでも彼独自のサウンドが聴ける。この後フリートウッド・マックで「アルバトロス」や「ブラック・マジックウォーマン」等の彼独自のサウンドがこの時点で予見できるものがある。

こんなCDがあったなんて知りませんでした。Mayall時代のPeter GreenはThru The Years,Looking Back,Raw Blues などを別にすれば、基本的には A HARD ROAD だけなのですが、全部まとめて Pete Green ＆ John Mayall 特集CDを作ってしまった・・・というのがこれです。すごいっ！ （発見）Laurel CanionのFirst Time alone の Guitar は、Peter＆Mickだった！ （感涙）Mayall+Butterfield+Greenの曲が４つも聞けるなんて・・・今日まで生きてて本当によかった！
