『Burning Desire』は、Dagger Recordsよりリリースされたオフィシャルのブートレグ盤。
Eddie Kramerがミックスを担当。1969～1970年初頭の、ジミとベーシストのビリー・コックス、ドラマーのバディ・マイルズによる新しい音楽を取り入れた実験的なセッションによる刺激的な楽曲「Ezy Ryder」「Cherokee Mist」「Villanova」等のスタジオ音源を収録。メイルオーダー限定のCDで発売され、アナログ盤は以前のRSD Black Fridayでブラック・ヴァイナルとしてリリースされた。今回、RSDアンコールシリーズとして、クリア・オレンジ/クリア・レッドの2枚組で再プレスが決定。 (メーカーインフォメーションより)
