'1-2-3-4!' is the stunning debut album from The Jeevas, the new band formed in February of this year by ex-Kula Shaker frontman Crispian Mills. The 3-piece band are all in their mid-twenties and features Andy Nixon on drums/backing vocals, Dan McKinna on bass and more b/v's alongside Crispian's lead vocals/guitar. The band have been quietly warming-up throughout the year with out-of-the-way dates and have now become a formidable live act, an essence captured on 1-2-3-4!'. Recorded and mixed in 4 weeks from start to finish at Napoleon Road Studios in Crispian's home town of Richmond, these 10 tracks contain all the spontaneity and excitement of that new-band rush of energy, taking in the best of Bob Dylan, the Pixies and 'Pin-Ups'-era David Bowie. Includes the single 'Virginia'.
