英の女性シンガーJacqui Hicks。ShakatakやMatt Biancoのサポート・メンバーとして活躍し来日経験もある彼女。自己のリーダー作は2000年にリリースした『Spellbound』がデビュー作で、2005年に2nd作『With A Song In My Keart』を発表。本作は5年ぶりとなる3rdアルバムとなります。前作同様、John Critchinsonのピアノ・トリオを中心に、スタンダード、ビートルズなどで構成。伸びやかかつ繊細な白人女性らしい、クセのない声質で全編スインギーに歌い上げます。

彼女とピアノのJohn Critchinsonは10年以上コンビを組んでいるだけあって、音楽の完成度は高いと思う。スタンダード中心の選曲もよい。
