『ベスト・オブ・ビースト』を挟み、スタジオ作としては前作『Ｘファクター』より約3年ぶりとなる1998年度作。タイトルにあるように11作目のスタジオ録音アルバムで、ブレイズ・ベイリー（vo)が加入しての二作目となる。冒頭からスピード感を意識した楽曲が飛び出してくるが、全体的には前作にも見受けられた大作主義的なものを随所に配しつつ、そうした面でのメイデンらしさをもアピール。
