　ホークウインドというとスパイシーもとい...

　ホークウインドというとスパイシーもといスペイシーなヘヴィ・サイケな部分が語られがちですが、このスペイシーになる以前のファースト（スペイシーの萌芽は聴き取れますが）には、ホークウインド結成以前のデイヴ･ブロックのブルース趣味が出ていて、サイケ・ブルースとでもいうべき優れた楽曲が並んでいます。 　特に今回のリイシューでは、ボートラが４曲も収録されていて（東芝さん、快挙です！）、本編ラストからこのボートラ４曲の流れは格別です！　　そしてボートラ最後の「シンバラン」はピンク・フロイドの「モア」に収録されている曲のカヴァーで、オリジナル曲のように妙にハマっています。　是非、御一聴をお薦めします。
