Reissue of expanded edition. Guadalcanal Diary is an alternative Southern pop group. They originated in Marietta, GA in the early 1980s. They named themselves after a 1943 war movie. The album 2X4 made the Billboard music charts in 1988 for 7 weeks and is considered their best album. This CD release of 2X4 is the expanded Rhino Handmade limited edition, containing 11 rare bonus tracks.
