Smooth The Rough

Four years in the making, 'Smooth the Rough' is Grumbling Ginger's latest album of all-original material. A common theme running through the 18 songs on the album is that throughout our struggles and changes, whether personal or on a larger scale, we can always help each other to smooth out the rough times. Originally hailing from the UK, Grumbling Ginger perform original folk-rock with a Celtic twist. The tracks on 'Smooth the Rough' span the whole spectrum from folk to rock, combining acoustic and electric instruments and maintaining a strong sense of fun throughout. Grumbling Ginger are: Jana Heller - Lead and backing vocals, acoustic and electric guitars, dulcimer, bodhran, piano. Andrew Gilhooley - Electric and acoustic guitars, bass guitars, mandolin, drums and percussion, backing vocals, keyboards and programming.
