'Feel and Be' My first album I wanted to show you the delicacy of healing frequencies that Gongs produce, over the usual conception of banging, like on the notorious GongShow. There are many health benefits but just to relax and be is my ultimate goal with this CD! Lisa was a Professional Pilot for over 25 years, she came down with vertigo, dizziness, and chronic fatigue. After doctors found no life threatening illnesses. Not being able to walk or drive, she went to her inner most self, and knew vibration would heal her. She had no idea that, that healing would come from a Gong! She started sitting and playing to people with only one gong. Now she has five: Paiste, 32' Symphonic Gong, Paiste 32' Nibiru Gong, Paiste 26' Venus Gong, Paiste 38' Sedna Gong, and Sabian 28' Zodiac Gong. She plays locally in Scottsdale, Arizona.
