小澤征爾の指揮による海外の実演はハイドンの記念年のモーツァルト週間で、ウイーンフィル・内田光子とのザルツブルク大ホールでの演奏会でした。内田光子とのピアノ協奏曲の時に、大ホールにしては音が小さく、杖を突く雑音もありイライラしていましたが、悲しそうなフレーズになった時に、突然、隣の美女が涙を流し始めたのでした。人生、初めての経験でハラハラしたことを覚えています。ところで、ヴァルトビューネの中で、小澤征爾の指揮によるDVDが最も新鮮に感じました。一見をお勧めします。
