1976年に発表されたジョージ・ハリスンのベスト・アルバム。名義こそジョージ名義だが”Here Comes The Sun”、”Something”などビートルズ時代にジョージが手掛けた楽曲も収録されている。もちろんジョージの代表曲”My Sweet Lord”も収録。とりあえずジョージの人となりを知りたいという方にはとっつき易いアルバムなのではないでしょうか。ジャケットもジョージの人柄が出た優しい雰囲気に包まれていて◎。

このApple時代のﾍﾞｽﾄは、Georgeが当初選曲したのと全然違う形で、EMIが発売した物の様です。Georgeが選曲したのは、どんな風になっていたのかな。発売が実現出来たらいいな。Appleの完全ﾘﾏｽﾀｰ再発、Dark Horse時代のﾍﾞｽﾄ盤が未だに廃盤状態、EMIの散漫さが相変わらず目立っています。今度の再発に期待をしてもいいのか、定かでは無いですね。

私も以前カセットで聴いたことあります。 ただ残念なのは音量の差が大きいこと。 （とくにWhile My Guitar Gently WeepからMy Sweet Lordへ移行する時） もっと考えてCD化してほしかった。

これは、LPで買ってさんざん聞いたアルバムですｗ有名曲ももちろんですが、ボクは特に「YOU」が大好きなんですねｗ　I Love You　というのに何十秒と費やして絶叫するのがたまりませんｗ大好きな彼女にこの曲をプレゼント・・・なんていいかもｗｗ
