24 year old songwriter, vocalist, instrumentalist and graduate in music. Her heart moving, thought invoking songs in the acoustic/ pop/ bristol genre will have you dancing on your feet one minute then crying into your sleeve the next. With the studio album 'Moments of your life' already under her belt and recieving critical acclaim, Frankie and the band are recording the follow up EP later this month...watch this space for gigs, release dates and news. Frankie met her bassist, Jason Shearing, at Knighton Heath Music College in 2000, and drummer, Gemma Stilwell, at the University of Southampton two years later. The band gelled and were in the studio recording within a month, working with sound engineer Dave Thomas and guest musicians Sandy Bartai (cellist, BSO) and James Lane (electric guitarist, Kings college). The album was recorded 'live' bar the vocals and over dubs which gives it a natural and warm feel so lacking in modern recordings.
