Feist is a Canadian singer/songwriter, both as a solo artist and as a member of the indie rock group, Broken Social Scene. In January 2011, her longtime collaborators Chilly Gonzales and Mocky arrived in Toronto to arrange 12 songs that would become her fourth studio album, METALS.

久々に届けられたファイストの新作は今までのポップな部分は影を潜め、重くずっしりとしたアンビエント的なサウンド。じわりじわりと胸にしみこんできて、ゆっくりゆっくりとFEISTの世界に引き込まれていく。

ヤバいですこの作品。CD聴いて、久々に痺れちゃいました！アレンジ・構成・・どこ取っても素晴らしく、なおかつ自然。metalsのアルバムサイトでちょっとづつ視聴し想像を膨らましていたけど・・想像以上の出来。傑作です！！！

楽しみな新作です。レディ・ガガみたいな派手さはないけど、いい曲度はこっちの方が上のはず・・・。 大人の完成で聴いてほしいアーティストですね。
