最近の彼らには珍しく、全曲から攻撃的な姿勢を感じさせる一枚。覆面バンドレネゲイズとしてツアーを行ったように新たな試みとして捉えるべきか？ リードトラックとなったCALL OUTに代表されるようにライブで映える曲が多く、２０１０年６月に行われた一夜限りの来日公演でも代官山ユニットを熱くした。

メロディの良さは変わらず。従来のフィーダーらしい「Call Out」「Down to the River」、新たなアプローチの「Renegades」はじめ、新たなリスナーと古参のファン、どちらにも聴ける内容になっていると思います。また、日本盤ボーナストラックの「Fallen」もアルバム本編と遜色ないクオリティで、1枚を通して聴けるのも満足でした。

'10年発表｡英国を代表するｷﾞﾀｰ･ﾛｯｸ･ﾊﾞﾝﾄﾞ､2年ぶりの7作目は潔いまでに原点回帰｡ﾍﾞﾃﾗﾝらしいさすがの安定感と､初期衝動的な荒々しくも前のめりな疾走感が同居､沸騰点高いまま聴き手をｸﾞｲｸﾞｲ引き込んでいく｡この熱すぎる展開にはﾗｳﾄﾞ･ﾛｯｸ好きもﾔﾗれるはず｡
