This is the debut album of up and coming New York-based jazz pianist Falkner Evans. The CD features the piano trio in it's finest light with very listenable original compositions by Falkner, as well as unique arrangements of jazz and pop standards that reflect the American song form at it's best. The trio includes bassist Cecil McBee and drummer Matt Wilson.
