Following the critically acclaimed debut of the world & Electronica release, Electric Voodooland, world class musician & producer Yossi Fine brings Ex-Centric Sound System to an African-Jamaican culture clash at the dancehall! Yossi Fine is the brainchild, producer and bass player of Ex-Centric Sound System, who has recorded and toured extensively with David Bowie, Lou Reed, Me'shelle N'degeoccello, Naughty By Nature, Stanley Jordan, Kenny Kirkland, Gil Evans, Ruben Blades, and John Scofield. Ex-Centric Sound System, the African Dub group, released their debut CD Electric Voodooland on Loud/Sony in the summer of 2000. The original sound came from ancient African instrumentation alongside a deep bassline and the hardest riddim section, mixed in a Dub mentality.
