Initium

Evil's Desire is a symphonic/gothic metal band, founded in 2005 by the members of the Dutch heavy metal band Violent Queen. Evil's Desire was first introduced to the public in 2005 during the pop festival 'Wallenpop' in Hellevoetsluis. The band received positive reviews of their performance. After this once and only performance the band started to develop itself with the arrival of two new musicians: lead vocalist Daphne Gobius du Sart and keyboardist Johan Seinen in 2006. Since 2007 the band has been hitting the stage a lot with one of the highlights being Wallenpop 2008. At the end of 2008 Evil's Desire joined a collaboration of 5 Dutch metal bands by the name of Six Pack of Dutch Metal. In October 2010 Evil's Desire signed with Ravenheart music for distribution of 'INITIUM', an impressive album from this Dutch Metal Band.
