Perfetto

An international superstar whose appeal spans not only Western Europe but also Latin America, Eros Ramazzotti is an Italian singer/songwriter with a distinctive voice and a wide-ranging pop/rock style that encompasses everything from adult contemporary to classical crossover. He initially established himself as a chart-topping twenty something pop star in the mid-'80s before growing ever more sophisticated as a singer/songwriter over time, remaining remarkably successful from both a critical and commercial standpoint in the process. When you finish working on a project, then you look all over again exactly, giving the whole the finishing touches, and then say 'Perfetto' (dt. Perfect). This is exactly where I had decided that my new album to be called so. It is an expression that is understood around the world, explains Eros his choice of the album title. Perfetto contains 14 new songs that were recorded in Los Angeles, Milan and Rome and produced by Eros Ramazzotti and his longtime partner Claudio Guidetti. In addition, top-class musicians on the album are here, including the drummer Vinnie Colaiuta (Joni Mitchell, Herbie Hancock, Quincy Jones, Leonard Cohen,...) and guitarist Michael Landau (Michael Jackson, James Taylor, Miles Davis,...) who also has collaborated several times with Eros. This album marks Eros' return to a true musical experience with more live musicians and electronic sounds less than his previous albums. Perfetto is the successor of the internationally successful Noi, the 4 x platinum in Italy, platinum in Switzerland and Spain and gold in Germany, France, Russia, Belgium, Austria, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic and Venezuela has reached. Perfetto will be released in 60 countries, as well as the first single All Fine Del Mondo. The first single tells of what someone would do for the love of everything and take out there, even unto the end of the world: By boundless prairies, in dangerous places, and in unexplored areas. Like Don Quixote, we are ready to fight against windmills and imaginary or real giants, to follow our dreams.
