Imminent Room

2013 debut solo album from the British Conservatoire trained violinist. The album features contributions from Wayne Hussey, Mark Gemini Thwaite, Jeff Walker, Miles Hunt and Fuzz Townshend. Erica Nockall's is well-known to fans of the Proclaimers, who have often showcased Erica's fiddling skills live; to fans of emerging uber-cool London/Brighton combo Fink, with whom she's just completed a European tour; and to fans of Ting Tings, whose recent album Sounds from Nowheresville features Erica's strings throughout. Above all, she's become a firm favorite to fans of the Wonder Stuff, where, as a permanent band member, armed only with a violin and a bow, she's added artistry, glamour, presence and creativity. Not to mention some very nifty and harmonious vocals. It's clearly now time for Erica to step into the limelight with Imminent Room, her debut album.
