もう絶妙です。この調度いい感じ。最新をいきすぎるわけでもなく、かといって90年代を回顧しすぎるわけでもなく、なんとも絶妙なバランスが心地よい。安心して聴ける一枚。

R＆Bのあるべき姿そしてEricBenetの原点に返り人生に愛と希望を見出したアルバム。エリック自身とファンの求めていたソウルミュージック。今まで彼を知らなかった人にも受け入れられるはず。1曲目はいつもメッセージソング。 “Love Patience ＆ Time”は、困難な時代を生きる人々への応援歌。 プライベートな出来事について歌った”Still I Believe”では、エリックの16才の娘Indiaがコーラスで参加。 インディアはエリックにとって「生きること、愛すること」そのもの。 “Love ＆ Life”は、人生を祝福し謳歌するアルバム。
