Elephant Room, a five man collection formed in early 2009, is an genre bending hip hop group out of Louisville, Kentucky. Their sound encompasses elements of hip hop, rock, pop, and heavy metal. The band's name - Elephant Room, derives from the metaphor Elephant in the room which is largely due to the lyrical content. The group is able to tap into political, pop culture, and social issues in a unique and original fashion. Elephant Room's uniqueness and authenticity has turned the heads of even the most skeptical critics. During live performances, each member brings their own technique and personality to the audience to create a highly entertaining show. Since their debut, Elephant Room has shared the stage with reknowned artists such as Yelawolf, Rittz, He'd (P.E.) The Villebillies, The Wu-Tang Clan, Sublime with Rome, and Tech N9ne. Elephant Room has released a mixtape titled 'The Movement' which is available as a free download on the band's website. Elephant Room recently completed their debut full length studio album 'Dumbo's Circus' which is now available for purchase.
