Techno, house, electronica, bossa nova and samba mixed, electro-pop album. Bossa nova standard 'Garota de Ipanema' and Olivia Newton-John's 'Xanadu' is also included. Elektel consist of Ueken & Polymoog. Ueken's DJ set merges lounge, house, breaks, and bossa nova, while Polymoog controls the sequencer, sampler and a vintage synth. The Album is featuring a variety of vocalists, for example cokeshi, Yuko Takami (ex. suitcase rhodes), dahlia, Tomoko (ex. Jellyfish TYO), Rie Brasileira. And Kenzo Saeki wrote lyrics. 'Reinforcing Japan's love and the importance of Brazilian music, Elektel have constructed an amazing electro pop album drenched in bossa and samba rhythms and able to squeeze in a great cover of Xanadu.
