In 1975, the Talich Quartet made their dbut in Paris. a recording of Dvork's beloved American quartet followed a year later, and both the group and the recording soon became legendary. Through the quartet's successive formations, the Talich Quartet has always maintained a specific tone, a special sound that is emblematic of their unique style. The current lineup returns to Dvork with this release featuring the String Quartets Nos.10 and 11, works that built Dvork's reputation as one of the most important chamber music composers of his time.
