Christmas Time

I was in my car when I heard the news of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings. I remember pulling over and just crying. As a mother and as a human being, I could not fathom what these families were going through. As a singer/ songwriter for over 25 years, I usually put my feelings down in a song. I started writing the song 'Christmas Time'. When the Boston Marathon Bombings occurred, I made the decision to record 'Christmas Time' and continue to write material for an Original Holiday CD. A portion of the profits from the sale of this CD will go to the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI). I am a classically trained singer, however, I have performed many different styles of music over the years. This CD is a true Adult Contemporary sound with a pop flavor. Some songs reflect present day wit while others feel nostalgic, like a good old fashioned Christmas.
