ベートーベンの交響曲９番と同様に、ワーグナー編曲ならではという物は希薄で朗読のテキスト位でしょうか？元々カルペ・ディエムのトリスタン＆イズーの様な内容を期待していたのですが、こちらは「青少年の為の管弦楽入門」に近い内容です。ファヴォリータなるオペラは初めてでドイツ語も分かりませんが、音楽で場面を想像して聴くのもまた楽しいですね。演奏は充分歌が感じられて良いです。原曲を知っていたらもっと楽しめるのでは？と感じました。私の様な編曲好きにはお勧めかと思います。現状唯一無二ですし。ただワーグナーらしさを求めると肩透かしかと思います。

HMV レビューには「ワーグナー愛好家にはちょっと無視できないところでしょう。」とあるが、無視してもよいのではなかろうか？珍しいので買って聴いたが、これを聴く時間があったらワーグナーの楽劇を１分でもたくさん聴くべきであろう。しかし、安いので、「いまいち」「だめ！」とは断定できません。すみません評価を間違えました。「OK」です。
